She has direct experience serving college students, veterans, the long-term unemployed, and at-risk youth from culturally and economically diverse communities.
Christina is currently the Community Service Coordinator for Goodwill Southern California, and One Stop Operator, San Bernardino County.
She has spent the last 20 years developing workforce related programs
for community based organizations and has managed grant funded programs in both Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
Christina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from
California State University, Los Angeles and a Teaching Credential in Career Technical Education from the University of San Diego.
She has served on the Executive Board for the California Placement Association for over 5 years, and currently serves as President Elect/Treasurer 2021-2022.
Prior to joining Mt. SAC, Shelly was the School to Career Liaison and Business Development Strategist at La Puente Valley ROP; worked at the SELACO WIB where she administered a State discretionary grant and research project on the long-term unemployed population, and prior to that LA Works, a workforce development agency where she was the Training and Services Manager.
She has over 25 years of workforce development and higher education experience in developing and implementing programs for Adults and Youth, and developing and sustaining employer/community partnerships. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Cal Poly Pomona.

Serving as the Co-Chair on the Campus Equity and Diversity Committee she works with campus colleagues to foster a climate of equal access and opportunity in the campus workforce. Classified Professional Development Committee she advises the campus Professional and Organizational Development department in providing professional development opportunities for staff. In 2014 she coordinated the first ever Classified Professional Development-Day. This annual event provides a full day of professional development activities for the entire Classified staff.
Rosa also serves her campus colleagues as the 1st Vice President on her local Chapter. On the State level she is the Area G Representative on the California School Employees Association (CSEA) Community College Committee addressing concerns at the community colleges.
Rosa has served on the California Placement Association for over 14 years. She has held executive board positions as the President, Past President, Vice President South, Treasurer and is currently the Education Partner Representative for the Southern Section. Rosa is also the hotel liaison for the CPA annual conference and board transition meeting. She received the Joan Crocker Service Award for Leadership in 2014.

Keri has a master’s degree in Educational Counseling and is a certified CliftonStrengths Coach, as well as an ETP approved training subcontractor. Her greatest passion is building effective teams and programs with a strengths-based approach that increases employee engagement and retention while empowering jobseekers on a fast-track to achieving their employment goals with her Gateway to Employment Program.
She has had the pleasure and privilege of serving on a variety of boards in workforce and career development including two years as the President of the California Placement Association and a current Employer Representative, the NCDA Training and Education Committee since 2020, and more than 12 years as an active member of a wide variety of Community College Program Advisory Boards, industry advisory boards, and veteran employment boards.
In every role she takes on whether in the classroom, workforce agency, or career center, Keri actively shares her passion for helping all people to lead extraordinary strengths-based lives while developing their Work-Life Satisfaction! She is a single mother of two incredible daughters and is trying to make the world a better place for them and her future grandchildren.
Max has cultivated strong relationships with a number of well-known organizations, including Google, the US Army, Universal, AllState, Toyota, and the University of New York to name a few. Additionally, he has gained the trust of several celebrity artists and local organizations.
Currently, Max is expanding his business ventures by integrating his line of services with the world of real estate. With the support of his vast network, he aims to provide modern solutions to buyers and sellers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
When he is not busy with work, Max dedicates his time to his two daughters, who he considers his greatest accomplishment.

Had written or assisted with the writing of nearly $5M in various state or federal grants. Am the Past President of the California Placement Association for 2004-06 and 2017-18.
